1.Eligibility for Exchange
Customers can request an exchange within 3 to 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used.
- The product is damaged due to customer handling.
- The product is returned without its original packaging.
Eligible exchange cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The wrong size was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
2.How to Request an Exchange
If you receive the wrong or a damaged product, you must:

3.Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If an issue arises due to our mistake (wrong product/size or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost, and the replacement product will be delivered free of charge.
4.Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided only in the following forms:

Mobile Banking
Store Credit (if the customer prefers)
Refunds are NOT available for:
Wrong size orders (exchange only).
Wrong product deliveries (exchange only).
Processing Time: Refunds take 7 to 10 working days, excluding public holidays and bank holidays.
5.Pre-Order Product Policy
If we are unable to deliver a pre-ordered product, a full refund will be processed.
If the product is delayed beyond the promised time, customers may apply for a refund.
6.Discounted Products
If a refund is issued for a discounted product, the refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the discount applied at the time of purchase.
